Lifetime Warranty
Warranty Period
The following warranty service can be expected:
1. 24-month warranty on the scooter components: footboard, complete front assembly and brake pedal (or 3,000 km, whichever occurs first). All wearing parts, small parts and screws are excluded from this warranty.
2. 12-month warranty on the battery or 800 full charge cycles (whichever occurs first). We guarantee a remaining capacity of 60% of the original rated capacity.
3. 12-month warranty on the electric components: motor, display, controller, charger and cables.
Scope of Warranty Service
Based on this warranty, Aon Glide commits to the following services during the respective warranty periods: at the discretion of Aon Glide, repair or replacement with equivalent parts/components where the replacement may vary from the original in terms of model and/or color;services that do not fall under warranty and fall within the skills set of the dealer, as well as the cleaning of scooters delivered in an unclean condition, will be billed at the standard hourly rate including all incurred costs for materials and transport;
1. Any service rendered under warranty (repair/replacement) does not extend the original warranty.
2. Any claims other than those mentioned above do not apply.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
1. Damage caused by not re-charging the battery when required
2. Damage caused by storage, charging or usage outside the specified temperature range.
3. Improper use, inappropriate application or negligent operation (e.g. jumps).
4. Improper alteration by third parties (e.g. by opening the footboard).
5. Improper charging (e.g. by charging with a charger different from the one provided).
6. Exceeding the maximum speed of 40 km/h on downhill rides.
7. Technical modifications of the scooter without the manufacturer's consent.
8. Subsequent conversion/installation of non-compatible or non-original parts.
9. Wear parts such as ball bearings, sliding bearings, bearing bolts and bearing screws, etc.
10. Failure to comply with the maintenance intervals.
11. Damage as a result of missing or incorrect setting(s) or worn components.
12. Consequences of falling.
13. Any personal or property damage to third parties or property resulting from the use of the scooter.
14. Damage resulting from unsuitable cleaning agents, utensils such as high-pressure cleaners or additives used.
15. Damages caused by user negligence in conjunction with water protection (the electric scooter is splash-resistant but not waterproof).
